Only FAT32 file system format can be recoginized by Brickcom NVR.

How do I know the file system format of my USB pen drive?

■ Click the USB folder in ‘Computer’ page and in the end of the computer folder, you could see the File system content.
■ Or after inserting your USB pen drive, please right-click the folder and select ‘Properties’ .

■ In ‘General’ tab, you could see the File system. Please make sure the format is FAT32.
