产品保固

有限保固声明

金砖通讯科技股份有限公司(以下简称本公司)对于所生产之产品提供自本公司出货日期算起为期两年的有限期保固期。*在保固期间内,如发生经本公司判定之瑕疵或故障,本公司可在您自费送回产品后,评估实际状况提供免费维修或更换新产品。

若遇下列情形,则不属于本公司保固范围:故障的产品在未经本公司认可的情况下,使用者以不正当的操作方式滥用、或是使用者未遵守使用规范,在不适宜的应用环境下使用,或是该产品曾以非本公司认可的方式维修、改装、更换零件等。所有退回至本公司的产品和零件都归本公司所有。本公司有权决定以正常运作的产品替换故障品。
*For the specific model like Af, Nf, PTZ, Speed Dome cameras, NVR and Network Accessories only support 1 year warranty.

以上为金砖通讯同意之唯一且完整保固条款。本公司在此声明不接受本公司上述条款以外之其他产品保固条款,包含但不限于明示或默示对本公司产品关于适于为特定目的之销售或商业上之使用、已经信赖度测试、或对其产品表现、数据传输之正确性、产品通用性或其他关于本产品或其附随之文宣材料所负之保证责任。且仅依本公司产品之现况提供前述保证。

不论任何情况,即使本公司已被通知可能发生的伤害时,本公司的董事、主管、职员、股东或代表等都不对任何由使用者本身或因用户对产品不了解而造成的偶发或重大损害负责。(所谓损害系指无限于各种特定的、间接的、附带的或具有重大影响的伤害,对延迟、损失商业讯息、损失利益、损失财产、或其他金钱等的造成伤害。)


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

RMA Service

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Service is available for Customer, subjected to all purchased products from Brickcom. Customer should check and find the defective product firstly. Brickcom reserve the right to confirm if Customer’s RMA request is valid.

RMA Number

The RMA Number would allow us to track your return much faster and easier. It can be obtained from Brickcom RMA Center after the Customer Service Form is completed. RMA number is only valid for 7 business days from the day RMA number issued.

RMA Process and Flow

When returning product to Brickcom for any request, you must first to contact Brickcom Support Team and obtain an RMA number from the Brickcom RMA Center. This can be initiated by completing the Customer Service Form provided by Brickcom Technical Support Team. (Customer Service Form Download Link)

After obtaining an RMA number from Brickcom, you must send the product - freight prepaid - to Brickcom. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product to Brickcom without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you unopened.

Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery. Brickcom does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery to Brickcom is provided.

Please note:
Brickcom will not repair or replace a module that is shipped in such a way that the product is not properly protected. Brickcom will not accept any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification.
