To know the IP Camera’s Firmware Version, there are 2 methods to find it. The first one is to launch the EasyConfig software and find the IP Camera. You can see the IP Camera’s information in the search table. There is a column about the Firmware Version.


The second one is to login the IP Camera’s web GUI. Go to the device information page, you can check the IP Camera’s Firmware Version.
