Brickcom IP Camera provides Quality and Bitrate for the video configuration. The Quality means the variable bit rate. If you select the fixed Quality, the amount of the video steaming data and the bandwidth usage will floating  depend  on the motion in the video. The Bitrate means the constant bit rate. If you select the fixed Bitrate, the amount of the video steaming data and the bandwidth usage will be fixed and follow the constant bit rate setting.
