For security concern, Windows OS will save exporting videos and snapshot in a temporary file when users export videos and take a snapshot in remote playback page via Internet Explorer browser.

Solution

User needs administrator autherization from Internet Explorer browser to save video files and snapshot to a specific folder to a remote PC in remote playback page. 

Although user enters PC as the administrator, system default is normal user authorization to run Internet Explorer browser. Basically, Windows Vista/7/8 might encounter this problem.

Please click "Start", and right click on Internet Explorer icon. Choose ‘Run as administrator’, and an IE window will be open.

* Note: Windows OS will remember the default path of exporting video and snapshot in IE browser after user changed the default path.
