Users can use either mouse scroll or digital zoom in/out button to find out crucial proof in incident site in playback as well as to prevent potential crisis in live-view monitoring.

Please follow the steps below to intuitively view images:

1. Zoom in/out: Click on the video window > Use mouse scroll

2. View enlarged images: To press and hold left mouse button, drag the image to the place that you would like to monitor.

＊Note: For PTZ cameras, zooming with mouse scroll in live-view is adopted optical zoom in/out. If users would like to view more detailed image, please use zooming with mouse scroll first and then click digital zoom in/out button.
