Brickcom Releases the OB-100A Outdoor Megapixel Bullet Series
Brickcom Corporation is proud to announce the availability of a new product: the OB-100A Outdoor Bullet Network Camera series. The Bullet Camera series adopts a megapixel sensor which allows the camera to deliver extremely clear and detailed images that the CCTV cameras do not offer.
The Bullet Cameras offer efficient H.264/ MJPEG/ MPEG-4 codec compression to provide high resolutions at 640 x 400 or 1280 x 800 for high-quality video and real-time viewing. It can also deliver dual configurable video streams simultaneously at 30 frames per second at the megapixel resolution. Users can view the live feed anytime by web browser via Internet or mobile phone via 3G network.
The Brickcom Bullet Camera series has many user friendly features such as the smart focus capability which allows users to configure settings remotely for excellent image quality without difficult procedures. Support for Power over Ethernet enables the camera to use the same cable for power and data transmission, eliminating the need to install an external power supply.
Installation for the Bullet Cameras series is not restricted by location or landforms. The cameras offer various wireless options that make connecting to networks easier by adopting the technology of IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n and 3.5G HSUPA module. The wireless Bullet Cameras can be set within any wireless or 3.5G signal coverage.
The Bullet Camera series is intended for outdoor video surveillance, which is no problem with its IP67 outdoor enclosure. The cameras are rust and dust resistant. The Bullet Cameras are weather proof and by utilizing a built-in industrial fan and heater, they can perform well in temperatures ranging from -40°C ~ 50°C (-40°F ~122°F).
